Qaseh Dalia's Blog

Assalamualaikum

Heyyo !

Yelah, durian kan ikut musim, bila datang musim durian ni haaa penuh lah kat tepi jalan, lalu pun dah semerbak bau, tapi aku dengan durian ni, masa kecik-kecik, sekolah dulu aku agak minat jugak lah makan durian tapi takdelah dalam kategori fanatik sangat

Kemudian, nak dijadikan satu cerita, tiba-tiba aku jadi tak suka dengan raja buah ni, seingat aku masa tu aku form 6 kot, duduk asrama kan, then ada buat makan-makan kot ( aku tak berapa ingat dah) makan pulut durian, then ondaway balik asrama termuntah, perut jadi tak ngam haha lepas tu aku jadi tak berapa gemar makan durian

Makan jugak tapi orang cakap tak berapa beria :p

Pastu lama jugak lah lepas pregnant semua memang tak berapa ngam sangat, lepas beranak ni pulak lah rasa okay dah dengan durian, tapi jenis aku kalau ada, ada lah, kalau takde tak meminta sangat dengan laki, yang selalu aku minta dengan dia, steambot, mee celup , nasi air haha ! Mudah je nak jaga aku, cuma kalau kurang kasih sayang sikit, terus jadi biol

Tapi laki aku memang suka lah makan durian ni, sekarang aku tengok Rayyan pun dah jadi hantu durian, minat betul dia makan wooo, aku makan kadang tak boleh banyak, sebab cepat panas. Tengok Rayyan makan risau jugak takut panas, tapi nampak okay je. Ayoyo okaylah tu, biasa benda or makanan yang berbau ni, dia agak kureng tapi terkejut jugak lah dia suka hihihi

So haritu, round-round sekitar rumah, selalu lah ada yang jual tepi jalan, mula-mula beli durian kampung pastu terbeli juga musang king, perghhh bila lama tak makan ni, betul-betul nikmat gila rasanya, nak-nak pulak dapat musang king, dia punya isi, dia punya rasa perghhhh cair dalam mulut oiiii

Tapi silap lah hari tu, patutnya makan durian kampung dulu baru makan durian musang king hahah sebab kami dapat durian kampung yang isi dia ermmm jauhhh sangat dari rasa manis, aduhai beberapa ulas je yang okay, tapi okay je dapat merasa dua-dua, alhamdulillah.

Next day pulak, laki aku beli durian IOI pulak, aigoooo tapi kali ni aku belanja, ehek! Haritu laki yang belanja, tapi aku tak berapa suka sangat rasa durian IOI macam agak pahit walaupun isi dia lembut dan gebus gebas. Rayyan makan ajerr. Hee

Alhamdulillah dengan segala nikmat yang masih boleh dirasai heee apa kenangan korang dengan durian ? Aku tahu ramai je tak suka buah ni sebab bau dia hahaha but yaaa jangan paksa kalau tak suka, membawa bencana nanti :p okay adios !
RM600 million contract win for PDZ? | PDZ Holdings Bhd, which has been trading quite actively in the last one month has won a logistics contract worth about RM600 million from a Chinese e-commerce operator.

There is a lot of talk that PDZ may have signed the deal with one of China's top e-commerce companies in China.

While we have no further details on who it signed the deal with, it is good to know that the top e-commerce companies in China are Alibaba, Taobao and Tmall.

It is learned that PDZ will offer its logistics services for a period of two to three years, further improving the demand for its freight transport, including container liner services.

Could this be the reason why the company's stocks have been trading higher these past few weeks? The stock, which has been trading in the range of 3 to 4 sen since late 2018 started to rise in May this year from 4 sen on May 15 to close at 8.5 sen yesterday.

Some analysts believe that the stock may trade limit-up this week upon hearing the news of the RM600 million deal.

PDZ had been actively trading above 10 sen prior to February 2018. The stock was trading between the range of 10 sen and 33 sen and fell to below 10 sen when the economic conditions became weaker.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused logistics activity and transportation as well as e-commerce to build up as more and more people are purchasing household items and other necessary products online as they fear traveling outdoors.

Even with the recovery of MCO, consumer sales are increasing online as people continue to look at the various platforms to buy goods.

PDZ's business has picked up since March this year when the movement control order was implemented.

The company registered higher revenue of RM1.22 million for the current quarter ended March 31, 2020, compared to the preceding year corresponding quarter of RM1.04 million, due to the higher volume transported by the firm between January and March.

It recorded a net profit for the three months under review, compared to the preceding year corresponding quarter mainly due to the higher revenue and lower administrative expenses.

PDZ told the stock exchange after announcing its financial results recently that economic activity is expected to gradually pick up in second half 2020 and to register a positive recovery in 2021.

Notwithstanding this, PDZ will continue to monitor and strive for efficient cost management of its business, while continuing to look for related business to provide enhancement to the group's existing and future earnings, it said.

I like it when we hear things in the market and it turns out to be true.Anzo Holdings Bhd, which has been seeking to diversify its business has bought a factory producing medical and/or nitrile gloves in Manjung Perak for RM55 million.

It told Bursa Malaysia that it had entered into a term sheet with Wintrade World Sdn Bhd this morning to acquire the company's assets, including land, building, machineries and equipment in Manjung.

Anzo said the assets are ready to be mobilised and commissioned to produce 1.2 billion pieces of medical and/or nitrile gloves a year.

Let's talk about the share price first before we go on as we also understand that foreign investors have been actively buying into the company. If you look at announcements made to the local stock exchange, there have been active buying in the last few months.

In fact a newspaper reported that something is brewing in Anzo and we believe there could be some truth in this.

On June 23, Anzo was asked to clarify by Bursa on the news report mentioning that "a foreign investor was eyeing a stake in Anzo and it may also come in to inject a new business, to which Anzo responded saying that "The Board noted that there are some foreign investors acquired shares in the company."

While we try to find out more on this, fund managers in the market are speculating that Chinese and Hong Kong cash-rich investors have been buying into Anzo.

I wonder who they could be but the word will go around soon as we will "catch" it in no time. Anzo, which recently won a RM1.3 billion job to supply copper scrap over the next 2-3 years to a large steel-maker in South Korea may turnaround in the current financial year ending 31 July 2020.

Don't ask about next year's earnings as we believe Anzo will be raking in more than RM150 million in net profit from this glove business.

Anzo only told Bursa that the assets and its capacity is expected to generate substantial profits for the group. The current market price for medical gloves or nitrile gloves is in the range of USD70 per box of 1,000 pieces. If Anzo sells the gloves at that price, and we are talking about 1.2 billion pieces of gloves, you can do the math. For us, our calculation is about RM200 million (net profit).

Anzo has paid two per cent of the purchase price to Wintrade's solicitors to hold as stakeholder, as part payment of the purchase consideration. It will pay the balance of eight per cent (RM4.4 million) deposit upon signing of the definitive assets sale agreement.

The rest of the amount, which is RM49.5 million shall be paid by Anzo within three months from the date of the executed definitive assets sale agreement, with the extension of one month subject to payment of interest rate at eight per annum.

Thank you Anzo! Malaysia needs more companies like you to generate income for the country and create employment.
Assalamualaikum

Entry sebelum ni, aku ada share aku beli air fryer kan ~ ramai juga teman-teman socmed setuju beli air fryer ni berbaloi, barang apa pun pasti berbaloi bila kita gunakannya, yang tak berbaloi bila sekadar buat koleksi ~ orang beli kau pun nak beli, tapi tak guna pun ehek!

Hari ni aku nak share lah, aku dah buat kek air fryer woi, tapi ni ekperimen untuk tekak sendiri, jadi tu memang jadi tapi rupa tak seindah khabar lah haha sedap juga weh rasa cheese tu, cuma kesan terbakor tu betul-betul nampak terbakor ye :p

Asal boleh makan, sekejap je dah habis -_-. Bahan nak buat burnt cheese cake ni mahal jugak oi, bukan biashe-biashe

Kesalahan yang aku buat sepanjang aku cuba bakar burnt cheese cake guna air fryer ni adalah

  •  First percubaan, ubah suhu memandai-mandai so ia lagi terbako haha
  •  Bahan-bahan yang aku nak guna kena lah room temperature tapi aku tak menitik beratkan soal ini
  • Tak tunggu beberapa jam untuk rehatkan kek :p

Tapi resepi ni aku ceduk dari twitter, dan tengok juga dalam group air fryer, rata-rata memang guna suhu ni untuk bakar burnt cheese cake guna air fryer, so korang pun boleh je guna resepi ni, cuma tu lah aku buat beberapa kesalahan haha

Resepi Burnt Cheese Cake Air Fryer

Bahan-bahan

  • Whipping Cream 150 ml (aku guna brand Emborg)
  • Tatura Cream Cheese (250 gm)
  • 3 biji telur
  • 2 sudu tepung gandum
  • setengah cawan gula halus / gula aising
Cara-caranya adalah
  • Mixer semua bahan hingga serasi bersama gituh, tapi aku guna blender je, blend je lah semua bahan bagi gebu.

  • Masukkan dalam loyang 6 inchi, boleh lapik baking paper supaya cantik kejadian burnt cheese cake korang

  • Masak dengan suhu 180'C selama 20 minit ( kalau macam tak terbako sangat tambah lagi 3 minit dan suhu 200'C
Hasilnya tadaaaaaaaaaaaa ~~~ patutnya rehatkan beberapa jam bagi kek ni sejuk, bila dia sejuk yang burnt tu akan kecut dan lendut gitu haa takdela kembang macam ni haha, tapi yeah jadi jugak cuma tak seperti yang macam kat kedai lah :p

Tabur gula aising konon-konon nak nampak cantik haha

Bila potong , tadaa ~ cantik kan, rasa pun sedap dan tak keras langsung, So resepi tu ngam lah, nak cantik bakar lah dengan oven hihihi.

If you haven't already bought shares in timber and property group Anzo Holdings Bhd, wait no further! Based on my observation, this counter (or shares) is going to skyrocket with the way things are going on within this group.

According to industry sources, Anzo is now venturing into glove manufacturing and is buying up a company that has the capability to produce more than 1 billion pieces of nitrile gloves per annum.
More than 1 billion pieces of gloves would translate to about over RM400 million in revenue. Looking at the market price of gloves currently, which is going as high as USD75 per box of 1,000 pieces, Anzo is expected to record a net profit of more than RM200 million.

Anzo is said to be paying about RM50 million to buy over the glove company's assets, including its land, factory and machinery.

"It is a done deal! Anzo was approached, they studied the proposal and it's confirmed. Anzo makes decisions fast. When they see something that will be profitable, they will take it," said someone close to the company.

A profit of RM200 million? Don't forget that Anzo is a property developer and timber company, which in good times, will generate positive earnings for the group. Furthermore, Just last week Anzo announced that it had secured a RM1.3 billion contract to supply copper scrap to a South Korean steelmaker.

Anzo is expected to have guaranteed payment over 40 months from this RM1.3 billion deal, which is the duration of the contract with the Korean group.

Anzo, its subsidiaries and CSTME Resources Sdn Bhd have inked an agreement to supply copper scrap to the South Korean group.

CSTME agreed to buy birch/cliff copper scrap or berry/candy copper scrap from Anzo over 40 months.

Anzo will supply up to 60,000 metric tonnes of copper scrap to CSTME at RM23,000 per metric tonne during the contract period.

CSTME said it will buy the products from Anzo and export them to South Korea, effective July 1.

Interestingly, CSTME, which has an AP (approved permit) license bought up shares in Anzo and is currently a substantial shareholder in the group with 11.621 per cent stake.

So with the glove manufacturing deal and a RM1.3 billion contract in hand to supply copper scrap to South Korea, Anzo is in a good position to be the next giant in Malaysia and darling stock

Watch out for this stock!
